In Victorian times tea was a rare and expensive commodity, It was often locked away in ornate boxes, caddies or teapoys.
Almost certainly English this exceptional quality teapoy dates from around 1850 is highly carved in oak and comes in good condition. The detail is fabulous and would make a perfect decorative piece of furniture. The inside is original, the tea sections have retained their original lining paper and I believe the mixing glass to almost certainly be original as well.
I have added as many pictures as possible to show every angle, however if you require more please message me.
